About
Nicola has spent the last 4 years working as a holistic therapist at both Weston Park Cancer Charity and Rotherham Cancer Charity. She has more than 25 years experience supporting people with a variety a massage techniques and a huge variety of skin and beauty treatments.
"In a world where 30-40% of people don't respond fully to conventional treatments alone, and where emotional and spiritual support often gets overlooked in busy medical settings, I saw a need crying out to be met. Not as competition to mainstream healthcare, but as a perfect complement - like harmony to a melody.
I founded Holistik Hub CIC because I dream of a community where:A cancer patient can find gentle support alongside their medical treatment.
A survivor of domestic abuse can rediscover their inner strength in a stigma-free space.
Someone struggling with workplace stress or is struggling to find a job can learn tools that transform their daily life and enjoy work once more or indeed find employment.
Anyone, regardless of their ability to pay, can access the healing support they need".

"I am currently applying for Lottery Funding to help set up permanent premises in Rotherham as it scores low on positive health outcomes compared to the rest of the country across so many issues and I have seen at first hand the impact this has on people. I want to be a practical and positive alternative health advocate for the whole community. I am also concerned that so many people are economically inactive and want to provide holistic support to those people too. I am building my team and already have volunteers with experience in healthcare, confidence building and job support."
